POLICIES

-Deposits must be sent before work commences. The remainder is due with shipping costs within 10 days of completion.

-Failure to pay remainder owed for the portrait will result in forfeiture of deposit and artwork becomes property of the artist.

-Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion on your portrait

-You will be kept updated and shown your portrait in the stages of development. This is the time to inquire about any changes you want made that you are not happy with. If you are unsatisfied with your portrait upon completion, there are no refunds or exchanges if you did not voice concerns during the development process.

-The artist asks that you provide a reference when your portrait is complete for this website. This is not required, just a request ;)
